This exceptional Pinot Blanc, hailing from one of the most modern and prestigious wineries in the Palatinate wine-growing region of southwestern Germany, showcases the craftsmanship of a winery steeped in a rich, fifth-generation winemaking tradition.
Under the guidance of senior winemaker Christian Nett, Weingut Bergdolt-Reif & Nett has carved a niche for itself in the global wine scene, as evidenced by its Platinum medal and 97 points from the Decanter World Wine award in 2020. The vineyards, organically certified since 2011, embrace traditional methods by using horsepower for cultivation, promoting better soil aeration and yielding higher quality grapes.
This award-winning Pinot Blanc, honored with a Silver Medal at the Drinks Business Global Low & No Alcohol Wine Masters in London 2022, is a testament to the excellence of the 'Breakaway' de-alcoholization technique. This innovative method captures the essence of the wine while gently removing alcohol, resulting in a product that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with its alcoholic counterparts.
The neTT Premium Breakaway Pinot Blanc is exquisitely dry and boasts a delicate fruity nose with notes of apple and fresh herbs. On the palate, it reveals a burst of fresh limes, culminating in a refreshing finish. With only 1.9 grams of residual sugar and 11 kcal per 100ml, this de-alcoholized wine is a guilt-free indulgence.
