Inspired by the exceptional terroir of Limoux in France's Languedoc region, French Bloom Extra Brut is a sophisticated 0.0% alcohol Blanc de Blancs that pushes the boundaries of alcohol-free sparkling wine. Made from 100% certified organic Chardonnay, the grapes are harvested at peak freshness to preserve their vibrant natural acidity, while 30% of the wine is matured in oak barrels to build depth, structure and complexity before being gently de-alcoholised using French Bloom's innovative Wine Revelation Process.
Bright and precise, Extra Brut opens with delicate white floral aromas before revealing refreshing minerality, subtle dried apricot and vibrant citrus tension on the palate. Its crisp acidity, refined saline finish and exceptionally dry style make it an outstanding choice for fine dining and food pairing.
