Many of our drinks are suitable for pregnancy or breastfeeding, however we always recommend checking individual product labels and consulting your healthcare provider if unsure.

All products on Craftzero are alcohol-free. Some may contain trace amounts up to 0.5% ABV due to the brewing process. This will always be clearly labelled on the product page.

Many of our drinks are low sugar and lower calorie, but it varies by product and style. Full nutritional information is available on each product page.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping per carton to keep checkout fast and predictable.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- How many cartons your order fills
- Your delivery location (metro vs regional)
A “carton” is based on size and weight and can include mixed drinks. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

We ship from Queensland and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:
Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days

We don’t currently offer express shipping. Due to the nature of bottled and canned beverages, most carriers restrict air freight, which is commonly required for express services.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

*Note - Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear. If your delivery is running a little late, we recommend allowing 2–3 business days past the estimated delivery date before getting in touch.

Ensure you've looked in possible "safe drop" locations that the courier may have left your parcel (side of hours, foyer of apartment building etc) and with neighbours first.
If you still can't locate your order and tracking shows "delivered", contact us and we’ll help investigate with the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@craftzero.com.au.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos where possible. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Note, Order Protection (added in checkout) is required to process damage claims.

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened and unused
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are not accepted on opened items or clearance products.

If you’re ordering bottled products (wine, spirits, beer bottles), we strongly recommend adding Order Protection at checkout. This helps ensure faster resolution in the rare event of breakage during transit.

We aim to pack and dispatch orders same or next business day, so changes aren’t always possible once processing begins.

No. All payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Craftzero does not store or have access to your full card details at any time.
