What kinds of drinks do you sell?
Craftzero specialises in premium non-alcoholic beers, wines, spirits, and ready-to-drink cocktails. Everything in our store is 100% alcohol-free (yes, even the beer!).
Can I build my own bundle or mixed case?
Absolutely. Just add your chosen drinks to cart — or check out our pre-curated bundles for inspiration.
Are your products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding customers?
While many of our drinks are pregnancy-safe, we always recommend checking the label or consulting your healthcare provider for peace of mind.
I’m new to non-alcoholic drinks. Where should I start?

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver Australia-wide, straight to your door
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we do not ship overseas
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.
The shipping rates displayed at checkout are a live feed from our shipping partners based on order weight and delivery postcode. We've negotiated extremely hard to bring you the best shipping rates available for the weight you order and do not profit from shipping.
How long will delivery take?
We ship from Queensland and aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day.
Transit times depend on your location however 95% of Craftzero parcels are delivered within the following time frames:
Metro Locations: 2–5 business days
Regional Locations: 5–10 business days
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is NOT available as generally alcohol (or zero alcohol) including bottles and cans cannot be air freighted (which is common when Express shipping).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email where you can track your order directly with the courier.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Something arrived broken - What do I do?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@craftzero.com.au.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
Can I return or get a refund my item?
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please select your items carefully.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, get in touch ASAP and we’ll do our best to help however our team strives to dispatch the same or next day, so you've got to be quick!
