Dispatch Timeframes
We ship from Queensland and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Flat-Rate Shipping
We use flat-rate shipping per carton to keep checkout clear and predictable.Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on:• The number of cartons your order fills• Your delivery location (metro vs regional)A carton is based on size and weight and can include mixed drinks. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. Here's a general outline:
One carton generally fits any of these:
Up to 48 cans (up to 375ml)
Up to 24 (330ml) beer bottles
Up to 20 (500ml) beer bottles
Up to 12 wine bottles
Up to 6 spirit bottles
A mix of drinks with comparable size and weight

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary for remote areas, peak periods or during courier delays.

Express Shipping
We don’t currently offer express shipping. Due to the nature of bottled and canned beverages, most courier services restrict air freight, which is required for express delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on the page here.
Please note:
• Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch
• Couriers may occasionally mark parcels as “delivered” slightly before final drop-offIf tracking hasn’t updated for 3+ business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@craftzero.com.au.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos where applicableWe’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be unopened and unused
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• A 25% restocking fee appliesDue to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are not accepted on opened items or clearance products.

Faulty or Defective Products
If an item is faulty or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email hello@craftzero.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible. We’ll resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
⚖️ Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
