At Craftzero, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely and with minimal hassle. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping process and return policies.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
We take great care to ensure your order is packed correctly and arrives in excellent condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Here's a summary of how we'll do that:
- Picking errors will be promptly rectified by Craftzero and re-shipped at our cost
- Returns incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are also non-refundable and return shipping costs to us are also deducted from the original order amount. Product packaging must be in tact or additional fees apply
- Address errors (where an address is entered incorrectly by customer) can be redirected for a fee
📦 Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@craftzero.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
⚠️ Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your items carefully.
🛡️Faulty or Defective Products
If your item is faulty or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email hello@craftzero.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos. We will either replace the item or offer a refund, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
