📦 Shipping & Returns Policy
At Craftzero, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely and with minimal hassle. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping process and return policies.
🚚 Shipping Information
Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight. We use Australia Post (E-Parcel Wine) and Couriers Please to deliver Australia wide.
• Metro Locations: 2–5 business days
• Regional Locations: 5–10 business days
Note that Express shipping is NOT available as generally alcohol (or zero alcohol) including bottles and cans cannot be air freighted (which is common when Express shipping).
The shipping rates displayed at checkout are a live feed from our shipping partners based on order weight and delivery postcode. We've negotiated extremely hard to bring you the best shipping rates available for the weight you order and do not profit from shipping.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia Wide. If you are located in a remote area, additional delivery time may apply.
We do not currently ship Internationally.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or your tracking information hasn’t updated, please contact us at hello@craftzero.com.au so we can follow up with the courier.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We take great care to ensure your order is packed correctly and arrives in excellent condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
📦 Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@craftzero.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
⚠️ Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your items carefully.
🛡️Faulty or Defective Products
If your item is faulty or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email hello@craftzero.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos. We will either replace the item or offer a refund, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
⚖️ Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
• a replacement or refund for a major failure, and
• compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
