How is this made to stay under 0.5%?

Earlybird uses a specialty low-attenuating yeast that ferments only some of the sugars in the wort. This keeps the alcohol naturally low during brewing, avoiding post-fermentation alcohol removal processes that can strip flavour. Combined with fresh Australian malts and expressive hops, it results in a beer that tastes full-bodied, crisp and true to style.

What makes this different to others in the category?

Unlike many alcohol-free beers that remove alcohol after brewing, this is brewed from the start to stay low in alcohol. That means the hop character, body and flavour remain intact, giving it a more authentic craft beer profile.
