Weihenstephaner Non-Alcoholic Original Helles Lager is a Bavarian-style lager that brings the classic character of a traditional Helles beer to life, all without the alcohol. Brewed by the world’s oldest continuously operating brewery using centuries-old techniques and modern de-alcoholisation, this beer pours a bright golden colour with finely latticed foam, aromatic hop notes and a balanced malt profile that’s both refreshing and satisfying.

How is this beer brewed?

The beer is allowed to fully ferment and mature, ensuring its flavour develops naturally. Only after fermentation is the alcohol gently removed using a falling film evaporation process developed with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan using the same method used for Weihenstephaner’s non-alcoholic wheat beer — preserving authentic malt and hop character.
