A considered tribute to Britain’s brewing heritage, this alcohol-free Amber Ale captures the depth and structure of a traditional pub classic, brewed to just 0.5% ABV. Built on a foundation of Maris Otter and amber malts and balanced with English Goldings hops, it delivers the layered malt character and gentle bitterness expected of a proper British ale, simply without the alcohol.
Deep amber in the glass with a persistent creamy head, it opens with aromas of toasted biscuit and roasted nuts. The palate is full-bodied and rounded, showing notes of caramel, maple and subtle toffee, supported by earthy, floral and lightly spiced hop tones. Oats in the grist lend a smooth texture, while a refined bitterness carries through to a dry, composed finish. It is warming yet measured — a non-alcoholic beer that retains genuine ale character.
