Terms and Conditions

  • The Craftzero Gift Card Giveaway commences on Sunday 9 November 2025 and ends on Sunday 16 November 2025.
  • Entrants must sign up to the Gift Card Giveaway form in order to win as well as follow @craftzero on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments on the giveaway post.
  • This sign up form will be communicated via social media, email marketing, website and other forms of marketing. The entrant must provide their email address and first name to enter the giveaway. The website URL to sign up is: https://www.craftzero.com.au › pages › 1000-gift-card-giveaway
  • Entrants can receive bonus entries by sharing the giveaway to their stories (limited at 5 x extra entries)
  • Entrants must be over the age of 18 and reside in Australia.
  • Directors, managers and employees of Craftzero (Promoter), their associate companies, advertising agencies and other agencies associated with this Promotion and their immediate family members (including any person
    who determines who is to win a prize from participating in this Promotion) are ineligible to participate in this Promotion and/or win. “Immediate Family” means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin or any other person defined as a “relative” under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
  • The winner will be drawn at random via a random number generator on Sunday
    16 November 2025 at 5pm at Craftzero, 2/64 Edison Crescent, Baringa. The prize winner will be notified in writing within seven days, via one of the following communication channels: telephone, email or social media.
  • The winners must be opted in to email & SMS comms & be following Craftzero when the winner is drawn to be eligible to win.
  • The winner's details (first initial & last name) will be published on social media within 30 days.
  • The winner will receive either of the following prizes: $500 gift card, $300 gift card, $100 gift card. Total prize value is $1,000
  • The winners agree to public announcements via social media, email marketing and advertising once they have been drawn.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. 
  • Any dispute concerning the conduct of this Promotion or the claiming of a prize under this Promotion must be made in writing to the Promoter within 14 days of the relevant prize draw. The Promoter will review the matter and respond in writing within 14 days. If the dispute is not resolved, it may be referred by any party to the dispute to QLD Office of Fair Trading.
