Go Brewing Freedom Cali Pale is a refreshing alcohol-free pale ale crafted for those seeking great beer flavour with low gluten. Inspired by classic California-style pale ales, it delivers bright citrus, caramel malt notes and tropical hop character balanced by a crisp malt backbone and clean finish.

To create Freedom Cali Pale, Go Brewing carefully selects millet, buckwheat and certified gluten-free oats to achieve the flavour, colour and mouthfeel expected from a modern craft beer. The brewery also undertakes extensive cleaning procedures throughout production and uses Clarex, an enzyme commonly used in gluten-reduced beers, to further reduce the presence of gluten. The result is a flavourful, approachable pale ale that delivers craft beer character without the alcohol.
