Where is Vandestreek brewery located and what is its history?

Vandestreek Brewery was founded by brothers Sander and Ronald in Utrecht, who began homebrewing together purely as a hobby in 2010. What started as weekend experiments quickly grew and by 2013 they were sharing their beers with friends and family, debuting their first creations at the Utrecht Beer Brewers Festival.

By 2016, the brothers committed full-time to the brewery, investing in their own kegs and tanks and launching the successful Playground series, including their standout non-alcoholic beers. Their brewery expanded steadily, adding fermentation tanks, bottling and canning lines and nitrogen generation to meet growing demand while maintaining quality.

In 2022, Vandestreek opened a new tasting room at Oudegracht in central Utrecht, offering visitors a front-row view of their brewing process.
