Fresh, lively and full of zest, Éclat is an alcohol-free sparkling white from Spain’s historic La Mancha region. With bright notes of elderflower, ginger and lemon, it’s crisp, uplifting and made for life’s celebrations big or small.
What It Tastes Like
A vibrant fizz layered with floral elderflower, warming ginger and a citrusy burst of lemon. Finishes dry, clean and refreshing.
Why You’ll Love It
Made from Verdejo grapes, Éclat is gently de-alcoholised using advanced methods to preserve character and flavour. Natural ingredients are then added back to enhance body, aroma and length before it’s rested under pressure for 24 hours to create its fine sparkle.

A go-to bottle for celebrations, long lunches or simply to elevate a weeknight dinner. Always a welcome addition to the table.
How to Serve
