A natural pairing whiskey and ginger beer, Lyre's Highland Malt provides a lovely depth in flavour with influence of oak tannin and nutty grain characters that cuts through the spiciness of StrangeLove Hot Ginger Beer and the two come together perfectly. It is a simple whiskey highball to mix up and a refreshing drink that is perfect for any occasion. In the spirit of winter, we have added a free pair of Lyre's socks to keep you warm.
Ingredients:
1.5 parts (45mL / 1.5 Fl Oz) Lyre's Highland Malt
4 parts (120mL / 4 Fl Oz) StrangeLove Hot Ginger Beer
Method: Build all ingredients in glass. Fill with cubed ice. Stir.
Glass: Highball / Tall Glass
Garnish: Lime Wedge (optional)
